1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Refunds
- If eligible (for damaged, defective, or wrong product), refunds will be initiated after verification.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
3. Replacement
- Replacement requests for damaged or incorrect products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof at inforichnexskincarelaboratory@gmail.com
