Order Tracking
To track your order please enter your order ID in the box below and press the “Track button”. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
Pre-order and back-orderen items
If your order contains pre-order or back ordered items, we will ship items as soon as possible they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Shipping Costs + Delivery items
Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday –Friday.
If your order contains a hazmat items (like Sanitizer, nail polish etc., it must ground 3 day shipping (2-8 days total delivery time).
Tracking Orders :-
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. You can also contact Richnex+ customer service to track your order.
